    Q: How is Snapchat engagement calculated?
    A: Engagement is determined by a proprietary formula based on views as well as other various engagement metrics, measured during the prior month. The proprietary payment formula may be adjusted by us from time-to-time.

    Q: Does the payout vary depending on performance?
    A: Yes. Every month, a Lens Creator could be awarded up to $7,200 USD if their Lens is a top-performing Lens in the United States, India, and Mexico. Payouts differ depending on how your Lens performs.

    Q: In which countries will Lens engagement be measured?
    A: Engagement of a Lens in the US, India, and Mexico will be used to measure performance each month.

    Q: How do I know if my Lens is eligible for the Lens Creator Rewards Program?
    A: To be eligible, your Lens must be a public Lens, your Lens must be a high performing Lens in either US, IN, or MX, you must reside in and have submitted your Lens from an eligible country, you must successfully set up a payment account and be guideline and terms compliant.

    Q: How do I know if I am eligible for a reward?
    A: Creators eligible for a reward will receive an email that they have a payout as well as a push notification from the Crystals Hub within Snapchat, to cash out their payouts.

    Q: How often are rewards paid out?
    A: Rewards will be paid out monthly.

    Q: How do Creators eligible for a reward get paid?
    A: Creators who qualify for a reward will receive a push notification via the Snapchat application and get paid through our partner Hyperwallet after successfully completing onboarding.

    Q: How long is the program?
    A: The Lens Creator Rewards Program is a pilot program and will be ongoing at Snap’s discretion.
